Mindfulness is the intentional, accepting and non-judgmental focus of one's attention on emotions, thoughts, physical sensations, and surroundings.

Mindfulness is a learned skill and its practice heightens self-awareness in the present moment. This practice is very healthy, but rarely achieved in today's world of digital distractions

The practice of mindfulness can bring many benefits to the emotional and physical health. It is a tool for stress management and overall wellness because it can be applied in the 'here an now' and can quickly bring lasting results.

  • Listen to Music
  • Clean House
  • Observe Thoughts
  • Create the New!

One-hour mindful meditations are held weekly at the Pasadena studio.
